ERASMUS+ Launched

The new transnational partnership program for 2014-2020 from the European Union members promotes skills, employability, and modernization of Education, Training, and Youth work. It boasts a budget of €14.7 billion; a 40% increase compared to current EU spending levels in these areas.

Erasmus+ brings together seven existing EU programs in the fields of Education, Training, and Youth while adding, for the first time, funding support for Sport.
