The Dilemma of Fraud in Global Assessment

The issue of fraud in comparative education and global assessment is not a novel concern.  It has existed in tandem with the issuance of nearly every form of examination, grade report, or certificate available.

The dilemma is that documents we are confident are authentic will sometimes be confirmed as altered or falsified, while documents we suspect to be completely erroneous will often be verified as legitimate.  This paper seeks to ensure we are employing the very best practices and tools in order to eliminate the existence of fraud within our environments.
